I use avocado mayo

lemon juice

brown sugar

olive oil

apple
finely diced or sliced

craisins
Instructions
Whisk together mayo, lemon juice, brown sugar, and olive oil in a large mixing bowl.
Add apple and craisins. Mix to coat.
Add chopped coleslaw mix and toss to coat.
You can serve immediately, but I highly recommend refrigerating for at least an hour to let the flavors marry.
