Ingredients

Barilla Chickpea Pasta

cup
grape tomatoes
halved
1/2

onion
thinly sliced
1/2
medium
cucumber
sliced in halves
1/4
cup
olives
sliced
1/2
cup
feta cheese crumbles
1/4
cup
red wine vinegar
1/3
cup
extra virgin olive oil
1/2
tsp
garlic powder

tsp
onion powder
1
tsp
dried oregano
salt & pepper
to taste
Instructions
Cook pasta according to package directions. Mine was perfect after boiling for 8 minutes.
While pasta is cooking, combine the red wine vinegar, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, salt & pepper together.
Prepare the tomatoes, cucumbers, olives, and onion.
Drain pasta. Add dressing and mix to combine.
Add tomatoes, cucumbers, olives and onion. Top with feta cheese.
Serve immediately.
