Instructions
  1. Begin by pouring the blueberries, coconut milk, and maple syrup into a blender. (It’s fun to show your kids how the maple syrup sinks straight to the bottom, because it is more dense than the coconut milk)
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Pour into your popsicle molds, and place in the freezer for 5 hours, or overnight.
  4. Once the Popsicles are fully frozen, they are ready to enjoy!

Blender (bite the bullet and go for this one – it’s a blender and food processor combo and it’ll last for years)

Popsicle molds (these are my favorite)
