Hot Mulled Cider
Hot mulled cider is a great way to welcome your family home after a long day or to create a cozy atmosphere on a chilly fall or winter weekend afternoon. Instructions
  1. Add all ingredients to a slow cooker crock and stir to combine.
  2. Cover and cook on high for 2-3 hours or low for 4-5. When finished, remove and discard cinnamon sticks and cooked orange slices.
  3. Ladle warm cider into large mugs and serve with additional orange slices and fresh cinnamon sticks, if desired.
Recipe Notes
  • If you don’t have mulling spice, you could use 2 teaspoons whole cloves, 2 teaspoons whole allspice and 3 cinnamon sticks inside the spice bag.
