Slow Cooker Peach Crisp

Ingredients
Peaches
cooking spray

sliced peaches
fresh or frozen (both work well)*

light brown sugar

lemon juice

vanilla extract

almond extract
Topping

all purpose flour
we use wheat or white whole wheat

light brown sugar

baking powder

ground cinnamon

rolled oats

cold butter, cubed
Instructions
Grease slow cooker with cooking spray.
Toss together: peaches, brown sugar, lemon, vanilla and almond extract.
Spread even in the bottom of the slow cooker
Mix together: flour, brown sugar, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt. Add in oats. Cut in butter until mixture is crumbly.
Sprinkle mixture over peaches.
Cover and cook on low for 3-4 hours, until peaches are tender.
Recipe Notes
* If using frozen peaches, make sure they are thawed before adding to the recipe.
