Breakfast Sandwich
A delicious, quick breakfast sandwich filled with cheese, meat, egg and any additional toppings you crave to enjoy a hearty breakfast on a busy morning.

Ingredients
  • 2-4 eggsfried or scrambled
  • 4 slices whole grain breadorganic if possible; substitute English muffins, if preferred
  • 2slices ham
  • 1Tbsp butter
  • 2slices cheeseHavarti, cheddar or other favorite cheese
Instructions
  1. Put two slices of bread into the toaster (because toast is always better than bread)
  2. Break an egg (or 2, per person) into a saute pan on a stove over medium heat. Once cooked and starting to brown on the bottom, flip over (about 3-4 minutes once the pan is heated).
  3. After the bread finishes toasting, places the slices on a plate and spread a little butter (or ghee) onto each slice of toast.
  4. Place a slice of cheese on one slice of toast and a slice of ham on the other.
  5. Once the egg(s) are finished cooking, add them to your toast.
  6. Add any additional components that you wish to add.
  7. Close up your sandwich and cut it in half.
  8. Enjoy!
