– chicken breast, I used rotisserie chicken – 1bowtie pasta – alfredo sauce – Italian blend cheese – parmesan cheese – fresh spinach – mushrooms – butter – breadcrumbs – dry minced onion – garlic powder – Italian seasoning – olive oil – Salt & pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 400 degrees

In a large skillet saute in butter the mushrooms, dry onion, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and salt & pepper until mushrooms are soft
