are so easy to make – kids of all ages will love helping you assemble and add all the decorations. They’re certainly my new favorite St. Patty’s Day treat!

Bake cupcakes per recipe directions and cool completely.
PREP CUPCAKES

Spoon out the center of the cupcake and fill with M&M’s and themed sprinkles.
CENTER-OUT

Pipe a small mound of frosting over the opening, then pipe frosting on the whole cupcake.
FROST

Add themed sprinkles over the frosting.
DECORATE

Pipe a small dab of frosting on the top of the Rolo candy and gently roll in the chunky gold edible glitter - this creates your pot of gold.
