Cranberry Wild Rice Pilaf is a delicious side dish that features onions, carrots, pecans, parsley, and delicious cranberries! This colorful and hearty rice dish is the perfect addition to any fall meal or your holiday table.

1. Set a skillet over medium heat. Once hot, add the rice and stir occasionally as you toast it off for about 5 minutes.

2. Place the rice in a saucepan and add 3-4 cups of water. Bring to a boil, then reduce to low heat and cover as the rice cooks, about 12-15 minutes.

ADD TO A SAUCEPAN

3. As the rice finishes cooking, place the butter in a skillet over medium heat. Once the pan heats up, add the minced onions and carrots.
