Air Fryer Pumpkin Hand Pies are a new twist on the traditional pumpkin pie. Delightful to eat and extremely easy to make!!!"

MADE IN A PINCH

– Pre-Made Pie Crusts – pumpkin butter or  pumpkin pie filling – eggs – condensed milk – cinnamon – Icing – Round press/sealer

1. Roll out the pie crust.

2. Use the round press to cut circles out of the pie crust.

3. In a mixing bowl, mix pumpkin, 2 eggs and condensed milk.

4. Place half a spoonful of pumpkin filling in the middle of half of your circles.

5. Now place the remaining circles on top of the pumpkin topped circles.

6. Use the press to mend together.

7. Egg wash each pumpkin pie.

8. Place in air fryer for 12 - 15 minutes at 350 degrees.

9. Remove from air fryer and transfer to cooling rack.

10. Cover with icing.
