Bite-Size Christmas Tree Brownies

MADE IN A PINCH

– brownie mix (plus ingredients to make brownies - OR pre-made brownie bites) – white melted chocolate – container green frosting – Sprinkles

1. Mix up the brownie batter according to the box instructions.

2. Prepare 2 mini muffin tins and spoon in brownie batter.  Fill each well about  ½ way full.

3. Bake for approximately 12 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

4. Remove brownies from the oven and using a teaspoon push the bottom into the center of the brownie, creating an indent.

5. Allow brownies to cool and remove from the pan.

6. Using a microwave safe bowl add white chocolate and heat in 30 second increments, stirring in between until chocolate is fully melted.

7. Dip the brownies topside down into the chocolate and then immediately add your sprinkles.  You can get creative with all kinds of designs.

8. Using a piping bag, pipe the trees onto the brownies creating your Christmas Tree.  If your frosting is not holding its shape see notes below.

9. Decorate with mini candies and additional sprinkles and enjoy!
