– Wild Rice Blend, rinsed – Broth, as needed - feel free to use chicken broth, vegetable broth, or even water – Butter – Onion – Carrot – Salt and Pepper – Fresh Cranberries, minced (can use dried) – Pecans – Parsley, minced

1. Set a skillet over medium heat. Once hot, add the rice and stir occasionally as you toast it off for about 5 minutes.

2. Place the rice in a saucepan and add 3-4 cups of water. Bring to a boil, then reduce to low heat and cover as the rice cooks, about 12-15 minutes.

3. As the rice finishes cooking, place the butter in a skillet over medium heat. Once the pan heats up, add the minced onions and carrots.
