Valentine’s Chocolate-Covered Strawberries

Made in a pinch

The entire family will love these sweet Valentine’s Chocolate-Covered Strawberries decorated as adorable love birds! This easy recipe is quick to make and will delight the child in all of us.

MADE IN A PINCH

KEY INGREDIENT

Strawberries

1. Cut the crown and all leaves off of each strawberry, making them flat on the top.

PREP THE BERRIES

2. Heat the chocolate melts according to package directions. I recommend heating them in the microwave at 50% power for 1 minute. Stir and repeat the process for 30-seconds intervals as many times as necessary until it's melted and creamy.

MELT THE CHOCOLATE

3. Insert a lollipop stick or wooden skewer into the top of the cut strawberry, making sure not to push all the way through. Dip the strawberry into the melted chocolate candy, twisting to get chocolate all the way around the strawberry.
