1. Using a hand mixer, combine cream cheese filling ingredients. Set aside. 2. In a separate bowl, mix together streusel topping ingredients together with a fork. Set aside. 3. In a large bowl, use a hand mixer to cream butter and brown sugar to start the cake mixture.
1. Add egg, sour cream and vanilla until well combined. 2. Stir in flour, cinnamon, baking soda and salt. 3. Fold in apples. 4. Pour cake mixture into baking dish. 5. Layer on the cream cheese filling. 6. Sprinkle on streusel topping.
