Chicken Bacon Ranch Flatbread

Chicken Bacon Ranch Flatbread is one of those dishes that will please even the pickiest eaters. Who doesn’t love pizza AND they get to customize it. Even better, it’s so quick and easy, it’s a PERFECT weeknight meal!

MADE IN A PINCH

– 2 - 3 chicken breasts, cut into bite sized pieces – 1 clove garlic, minced – 1/4 onion, chopped – 3 tbsp olive oil – 1 cup bacon, cooked and chopped – 2 - 3 cups Italian cheese blend – 1 tbsp Italian seasoning – salt and pepper, to taste – 1 package flatbread or homemade flatbread – Ranch Dressing

1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

2. Heat olive oil in skillet.

3. Add chicken, peppers and garlic.

4. Cook chicken until fully cooked.

5. Slice flatbread in half.

6. Drizzle flatbread lightly with olive oil.

7. Add thin layer of cheese.

8. Top with chicken, peppers, bacon and more cheese.

9. Bake until cheese is melted or for approximately 10 - 15 minutes.
