Cowboy Pasta Salad is an intriguing blend of sweet and savory with just the right amount of heat. A summer side dish or main dish that’s so good it will have you adding this salad to your weekly menu.

KEY INGREDIENT

Worcestershire Sauce

1. Cook the pasta as per the directions on the package. Drain and then drizzle with olive oil. Set aside.

PREP THE PASTA

2. In a large skillet, cook bacon. Chop the bacon and set aside. (Drain excess bacon fat from pan.)

COOK THE BACON

3. In the same skillet the bacon was cooked in, cook ground meat, onion, garlic powder, red pepper flakes, salt and pepper.
