Fun & Easy Easter Charcuterie Board

Made in a pinch

Celebrate Easter this year with a creative, delicious Easter Charcuterie Board! This colorful creation features classic Easter treats like Peeps, plus fresh fruit and vegetables, and all the fixings you need to create the perfect crowd-pleasing, kid-approved platter.

Made in A Pinch

1. Add peanut butter and jelly to two slices of bread, and cut out two bunnies with a cookie cutter. I find it’s best to only do a thin layer of the peanut butter and jelly to ensure it doesn’t all ooze out the sides when you cut with the cookie cutter.

MAKE THE BUNNIES

2. Next, add some vegetable cream cheese to the other two slices of bread, and then add the deli ham and lettuce. Use the bunny cookie cutter to cut out two bunnies again. Arrange the bunnies on your board.

SAVORY BUNNY TIME

3. Fill a small bowl with some “Cotton Tails” cheddar balls, and place in them in the middle of your board. Place some hard-boiled egg halves around the outer edges of the board, and then fill in some of the blank spaces with carrot strips, and cucumber slices. I like to stack the cucumbers slightly on top of each other to create a layered look.

ADD THE EGGS & VEGGIES

4. With a sharp paring knife, cut the calyx off each strawberry, and then make some tiny slices across the berry. Slightly fan the slices, and place the strawberries throughout the board. Fill two small bowls with some jelly beans, and some pastel Easter M&M’s. Place the bowls on each side of the cheddar balls. Fill in any remaining empty spots with some pink bunny and yellow chick Peeps marshmallows. Serve immediately. Enjoy!
