Chocolate Pecan Pie Bars

Chocolate Pecan Pie Bars are a delicious, bite-size version of the pecan pie that sits on the table during the holidays! Perfect for a large or small crowd…I promise your non-pecan pie eaters will LOVE it!

MADE IN A PINCH

Crust – flour – brown sugar – butter, room temperature Filling – eggs – sugar – corn syrup – vanilla – butter, melted – pecans – chocolate chips

Ingredients

1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and prepare a 9x13 pan with nonstick spray.

PREAHEAT THE OVEN

2. Mix all crust ingredients until crumbly.

MAKE THE CRUST

3. Press evenly into the prepared pan and bake 12-15 minutes.

PRESS INTO THE PAN

4. Whisk together eggs, sugar, corn syrup, vanilla, and melted butter until smooth.

WHISK TOGETHER

5. Fold in pecans and chocolate chips.

FOLD IN

6. Pour over warm crust.

POUR OVER CRUST

7. Bake 25-30 minutes.

BAKE

8. Cool completely and cut into bars.
