– butter – onion, diced – garlic clove, minced – shredded carrots – chopped broccoli – all-purpose flour – chicken or vegetable broth – salt – Italian Seasoning – mustard powder – paprika – grated cheddar cheese or to taste – parmesan cheese – 35% heavy whipping cream

1. Place butter in a stockpot or dutch oven over medium heat.
