"Instant Pot Lasagna Soup is your favorite comfort food in soup form! Make this crowd-pleaser with ground turkey (or beef), meat sauce, delicious noodles, and ooey-gooey cheese – all in the Instant Pot!"

MADE IN A PINCH

– ground beef – small onion – cloves of garlic, minced (or you can use dried) – meat sauce (or your favorite spaghetti/marinara type sauce) – water or broth – spices: basil, parsley, oregano, rosemary (optional, or to taste) – fresh or frozen spinach leaves (I used fresh) – lasagna noodles (can use either gluten free or your favorite noodle) – shredded mozzarella cheese or other favorite cheese

1. Brown ground beef in a separate pan on the stove. You can sauté the meat in the Instant Pot or Foodie Pro, but I found it faster to cook it on the stove

2. Add beef, water (or broth), meat sauce, basil, spinach, and to the instant pot.

3. Break noodles into small pieces and add to the pot. Push down until just covered by the liquid.

4. Set to manual, Pressure (HI), for 4 minutes.
