MADE IN A PINCH

– Barilla Chickpea Pasta – grape tomatoes halved – onion thinly sliced –cucumber – olives – feta cheese crumbles – red wine vinegar – extra virgin olive oil – garlic powder – onion powder – dried oregano – salt & pepper to taste

1. Cook pasta according to package directions. Mine was perfect after boiling for 8 minutes.

2. While pasta is cooking, combine the red wine vinegar, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, salt & pepper together.

3. Prepare the tomatoes, cucumbers, olives, and onion.

4. Drain pasta. Add dressing and mix to combine.
