These magical, bite-sized Mashed Potato Puffs are warm and crispy on the outside and soft and creamy inside. Work your magic with these two different flavors and leave your family and friends begging for more.

Garlic & Chive Mashed Potato Puffs 3 cups cold mashed potatoes 5 oz garlic and herb soft cheese 1 1/2 cups sharp white cheddar cheese, shredded 3 eggs 2 tbsp parmesan cheese 2 tbsp dry chives 1 tsp garlic powder 1/2 tsp pepper 1 cup sour cream Brown Sugar Cinnamon Sweet Potato Puffs 3 cups mashed sweet potatoes 3 eggs 2 tbsp brown sugar 1 tbsp cinnamon 1 tsp nutmeg 2 cups mini marshmallows + additional for garnish

1. In a large mixing bowl, mix all ingredients except 1/2 cup sour cream, 1/2 cup shredded white cheddar and chives.

2. Scoop mixture into muffin tin prepared with non-stick spray.

3. Top each cup with remaining shredded cheese.

4. Bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes or until golden brown.

5. Cool for 10 minutes and remove from tin loosening the sides with a knife.

6. Garnish with sour cream and chives.
