Mexican Stuffed Shells

Mexican Stuffed Shells are the perfect combination of pasta and Mexican seasonings. Gooey cheese, salsa, and seasoned ground beef is the main dish everyone will LOVE! It’s perfect for a weeknight meal or for Cinco de Mayo!

MADE IN A PINCH

– ground meat – taco seasoning packet – cream cheese – jumbo pasta shells – salsa – taco sauce – colby jack cheese – Green onion – Sour cream

Ingredients

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and lightly prepare a 13x9 dish with nonstick spray.

2. Cook the ground meat with the taco seasoning packet, drain if necessary.

3. Stir in cream cheese and allow to cool.

4. Cook the pasta shells, drain, lay out individually on a cookie sheet to prevent sticking.

5. Place salsa in bottom of baking dish.

6. Stuff the shells with meat mixture and place in dish.

7. Pour taco sauce over the shells.

8. Cover and bake for 30 minutes.

9. Uncover, sprinkle on cheese and bake an additional 10-15 minutes.

10. Garnish with sour cream and chopped green onion, serve & enjoy!
