1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 9 x 13 baking dish with olive oil or cooking spray. Set aside until you need it.

2. Dice or chunk strawberries; if using frozen, defrost before dicing. Cook to desired consistency.

PREP THE STRAWBERRIES

3. Pour the strawberries into the baking dish ready for the next step.
