Crock Pot Baked Potatoes

Gone are the days of making baked potatoes in the oven or even the microwave. Hello, slow cooker! This one cooking hack will save you tons of time and produce amazing fluffy baked potatoes!

Ingredients
  

  • 4-6 russet potatoes
  • 4-6 strips aluminum foil cut about 6-8 inches wide, depending on the size of the potatoes

Method
 

  1. Wash potatoes and lightly dry.
  2. Wrap potatoes in a strip of aluminum foil so that each potato is completely wrapped in foil.
  3. Put the wrapped potatoes in your slow cooker. Put the lid on the slow cooker and turn it on. Cook on low for 6-8 hours and high for 4 hours.
  4. The potatoes are done when you pick them up and they are slightly soft to the touch. Unwrap them and stuff them with your favorite toppings!

Notes

  • We recommend using potatoes that are similar in size so they cook evenly
  • We recommend using organic ingredients when possible
