- Heat the base - In a medium saucepan, gently heat milk, eggnog, and cream over medium-low heat. Don’t let it boil.
- Add chocolate - Whisk in chopped chocolate until completely melted and smooth.
- Season - Add brown sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg. Whisk until well combined and steaming hot.
