Ingredients
  

  • 1/3 cup whole milk
  • ¼ cup eggnog
  • 1 tbsp cup heavy cream
  • 1/3 cup dark chocolate chopped or whole pieces
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar adjust to taste
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp nutmeg

Method
 

  1. Heat the base - In a medium saucepan, gently heat milk, eggnog, and cream over medium-low heat. Don’t let it boil.
  2. Add chocolate - Whisk in chopped chocolate until completely melted and smooth.
  3. Season - Add brown sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg. Whisk until well combined and steaming hot.
