- Construction paper

- Tissue paper
Instructions
- Cut the scarecrow template.
- Assemble the hat and attach it to the scarecrow’s face.
- Cut squares from the tissue papers.
- Attach contact paper to the scarecrow’s face then attach the tissue papers until you cover the entire template.
- Cut the excess contact paper from the template.
