3. Equally divide the batter into 3 separate bowls.

4. Using the gel food coloring dye one bowl red and one bowl blue, leave one bowl white.

5. Prepare cupcake tin with liners.

6. Starting with the blue batter spoon about 1 tablespoon of batter into all the liners.

7. Next spoon in the white batter.

8. Lastly, spoon in the red batter.

9. Bake until a toothpick in the center comes out clean, cool completelySpoon the frosting into a piping bag or simply spread it on with a spatula.
