– ice – pumpkin puree – EAS Soy Protein Powder, Vanilla – banana – ground flax seeds – pumpkin pie spice – vanilla almond milk – Blender

1. In a blender, add all ingredients, in the order listed above.

2. Blend on high for 1-2 minutes, or until smooth. If needed, stop and stir, or scrape down the sides with a spoon or silicone spatula, and then blend again.
