Homemade Root Beer Float Popsicles

Root Beer Float Popsicles are the epitome of summer. Combining two favorite flavors like vanilla ice cream and root beer is a classic combination. Freeze it for the ultimate summer treat!

– vanilla ice cream – root beer

Ingredients

1. Heat ice cream in the microwave for 1 minute just to make the ice cream soften. It should get soft but still be cold.

2. Put 3 - 4 tsp of soft ice cream into each popsicle mold. Place molds in the freezer for 2 hours, until frozen.

3. Slowly pour root beer into popsicle molds. The soda will fizz, so use a spoon to help reduce the fizz if needed. Repeat until all molds are filled.

4. Place popsicle stick in the molds and freeze for 4 - 6 hours.
