Method
- Cook pasta according to package directions. Mine was perfect after boiling for 8 minutes.
- While pasta is cooking, combine the red wine vinegar, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, salt & pepper together.
- Prepare the tomatoes, cucumbers, olives, and onion.
- Drain pasta. Add dressing and mix to combine.
- Add tomatoes, cucumbers, olives and onion. Top with feta cheese.
- Serve immediately.

Refrigerate any leftovers for up to 7 days.
