Easy Pepperoni Pizza Quesadillas (Pizzadillas)
What happens when you combine the cheesy deliciousness of a pizza with a crispy quesadilla? Why, Pizzadillas, of course! Pizza quesadillas are the perfect blend of two favorites, plus they’re a cinch to make and easy to customize any way you want them.
Quesadillas are a special kind of meal. They’re SUPER versatile, crazy easy to make, and ideal for picky eaters!
They’re kind of similar to pinwheels in that way.
When my kids were pretty little, I learned quickly that things could fall apart quickly right before lunch or dinner when they were hungry.
So I had to come up with meals I could make in just minutes that would satisfy picky eaters (because, OF COURSE, none of them like the same pizza toppings!).

What Is A Pizzadilla?
Basically, a Pizzadilla is taking the idea of a quesadilla (melted cheese and toppings in between two crispy tortillas) and filling it with all your favorite pizza toppings. The tortillas serve as the “crust.”
This pizzadilla recipe will appeal to pizza-lovers and non pizza-lovers, alike!

Don’t forget to make them extra cheesy!
Pizzadillas are the perfect crowd-pleasing recipe! Serve them for lunches, weeknight meals, school lunches, and even playdates and parties!

Pizzadillas FAQs
Here are a few questions I frequently see readers ask about making this recipe.
How do I store pizzadilla leftovers?
Pizzadillas will stay fresh in a sealed, airtight container in the fridge for up to 4 days. Or you can freeze them for up to 2 months.
Remember that the tortilla will be a lot thinner than normal pizza crust, so I recommend placing it on parchment paper before placing it into a storage container. It’ll make reheating easier.
How do I reheat pizzadillas?
Whatever method you end up choosing, please stay away from the microwave because it will make your tortilla soggy.
Instead, reheat on the stove, in the oven, or in the air fryer.
