Air Fryer Twice Baked Potatoes

These Air Fryer Twice Baked Potatoes are light and fluffy, cheesy, and packed with flavor. The ideal side to complement any meal!

MADE IN A PINCH

– russet potatoes – Nature's Seasoning – butter – heavy cream – sour cream – shredded cheese

Ingredients

1. Wash the potatoes.

2. Use a fork to puncture holes on all sides of the potato.

3. Pre-heat air fryer to 400 degrees.

4. Place potatoes in air fryer basket. Do not overcrowd the potatoes.

5. Bake for 20 minutes 3 times, rotating potatoes each time.

6. Cut potatoes in half long ways.

7. Scoop out the inside of the potato with a spoon.

8. Place the insides of the potato into a mixing bowl.

9. Mix in butter, heavy cream, sour cream, seasoning and half the cheese.

10.  Add the mixture baking into the hallowed out potato skins.

11. Top with shredded cheese and bake in air fryer for 5 minutes at 350 degrees.

12. Top with more of your favorites toppings such as bacon, sour cream or chives.
