Wash the potatoes.

Use a fork to puncture holes on all sides of the potato.

Pre-heat air fryer to 400 degrees.

Place potatoes in air fryer basket. Do not overcrowd the potatoes.

Bake for 20 minutes 3 times, rotating potatoes each time.

Cut potatoes in half long ways.

Scoop out the inside of the potato with a spoon.

Place the insides of the potato into a mixing bowl.

Mix in butter, heavy cream, sour cream, seasoning and half the cheese.

Add the mixture baking into the hallowed out potato skins.
