Thanksgiving is one of my favorite holidays because it isn’t about spending money, buying gifts, or anything along those lines.

Instead, Thanksgiving is about being grateful, spending time with family and friends, and family traditions.

That’s from an adult’s perspective. What about the little ones? They can often get a little hungry and restless while waiting for the yummy eats.

I love encouraging our kids to focus on gratitude and kindness at this time of year. One of my favorite Thanksgiving activities is to do this Thankful Thanksgiving Tree Craft.

I also love having my kids do this Kindness Challenge!

If you’re looking for more Thanksgiving activities, this free printable Random Acts of Kindness Bingo game turns thinking of others into a fun game that encourages kids to do more of it. The kids love it (and so do the adults)!

Fun Fact: grabbing this game now also puts you ahead of the game for Random Acts of Kindness Week February 9-15 (with Random Acts of Kindness Day falling on February 17).

Random Acts Of Kindness Bingo Game

This free printable Bingo game is a little different from most bingo games because I designed this game to be interactive – and to take longer than 10-ish minutes.

All you need to do is print and play to make kindness part of your child’s day!

Of note, you’ll find only one Bingo card with this set. You can print off as many copies as you would like, but you don’t need multiple cards because different kids will choose to do different activities to fill their card!

Also, this Bingo set includes a Thanksgiving Acts of Kindness Tree and instructions for how to do that activity!

How To Prepare Your Free Kindness Bingo Game

All files are in PDF format and designed so that they’re easy to print.

  1. Print out your Random Acts of Kindness Bingo game printable cards
  2. Take 10 minutes to laminate the cards (trust me!)

Random Acts of Kindness Bingo Board Tips

To make your Thanksgiving Random Acts of Kindness bingo game more durable, I recommend printing it out on cardstock.

Then laminate all the playing cards, if you can. It makes the cards MUCH more durable, so you can use them over and over again for years (it’s a great time saver!)

Laminating your Thanksgiving bingo cards also helps them withstand the wear and tear of taking them around while completing the tasks.

AND it allows the kids to use a dry erase marker to mark off tasks once complete!

How To Play Random Acts Of Kindness Bingo

Once you’ve printed the Acts of Kindness bingo card and Acts of Kindness tree, you’re ready to play!

You just need to give a bingo card to each player who wants to join in. Make sure you’ve got something for the kids to mark the boards with (see the markers section below).

Each player reads their card and gets to mark off a square by doing the random act of kindness activity suggested.

Once a player has completed five acts of kindness in a row on their card (going any direction-vertical, horizontal, or diagonal), they call out BINGO and they win!
