As the chill of the winter season sets in, there’s something undeniably comforting about a warm bowl of soup after a long day.

One of my very favorite things to do in the colder months is to experiment by making different kinds of soup. So the thought of combining my love for baked potatoes and soup was something I couldn’t resist.

And I especially LOVE to use my slow cooker because as the soup cooks throughout the day, the delicious scent fills the house. Whether it’s creamy baked potato soup or Three Bean Slow Cooker Chili, I love coming home to those aromas!

The best thing about this soup is how easy it is to personalize for your family.
