In our family, we have a Fourth of July tradition and what it is just may surprise you.
It’s not a having a big party.
It’s not having a cook out.
We spend the 4th of July at…Waterworld! It’s our local water park, and we spend most of the day having a blast in the water, riding all the rides. We’ve done this for several years now, and it’s a super fun tradition that every one of us really looks forward to doing.
But after we get home from a day of fun in the sun, we’re pooped! The sun is draining! So we take a little downtime before having dinner and deciding whether we feel up to battling more crowds to see fireworks.
Crafts are perfect for periods of downtime, so I’ve been a busy bee gathering amazing Fourth of July crafts for kids of all ages to do. I hope you love them!
