Raspberry Iced Tea Recipe Notes And Tips

  • If you prefer a sweeter tea, you can add your favorite sweetener of choice.
  • I would suggest that you add the ice just before serving and not before. Otherwise, your tea may become too watered down for your liking.
  • Use the recommended amount of raspberries for this recipe. If you use too much, your syrup could end up tasting more like cough syrup.
  • If you do not have a fine-mesh sieve, you can use cheesecloth on a colander or strainer over a bowl. Pour the raspberry mixture into the cheesecloth and squeeze the liquid out.

  • Garnish with a few fresh raspberries in the tea or lemon slices on the side of the glass.
  • Love that citrusy flavor? Add a splash of lemon juice – it’s the perfect combination for homemade iced tea! And if you mix half raspberry iced tea with half lemonade, it’s a raspberry Arnold Palmer!
  • Garnish with fresh mint leaves.
  • Make a double batch of the raspberry iced tea. Use the extra and pour into ice cube trays and freeze. Serve with your raspberry iced tea in place of plain ice cubes.
