How To Make A New Year’s Eve Charcuterie Board
Making a holiday charcuterie board is surprisingly easy! Just follow these simple steps this New Years Eve.
Step 1 – Prepare The Cheeses
Place the cheeses on the board in random but separate spots.
Use a pairing knife or cookie cutters to cut the letters out of slices of the Monterey Jack cheese.
Crumble portions of the cranberry Stilton cheese.

Step 2 – Prepare The Pepperoni
Fold the slices of pepperoni in half and stick a toothpick in it. Fill each toothpick with 3-4 slices and lay them across the board like a ribbon.

Step 3 – Spread Out The Cheese Letters
Place the letters on the pepperoni ribbon to spell happy new year or whatever phrase you’d like.

Step 4 – Add Dips
Add the dips to start filling in the board. Remember to try and keep like things separate.
Step 5 – Fill In The Rest Of The Board
Add the remaining ingredients throughout the New Year’s Eve charcuterie board filling in the blank spots and keeping like foods separate, if possible.
Finish by adding any decorative garnishes.

Serve and enjoy! Happy New Year!
NYE Charcuterie Board Variations To Try
Feel free to take this New Year’s Eve charcuterie board and make it your own by swapping out any of the ingredients and replacing them with your favorites (or your guests’ favorites)!
Here are some fun ideas for a festive touch to a tasty appetizer:
Crackers – Try your favorite snacks or specialty crackers, or opt for simple Wheat Thins, Club Crackers, Ritz, crispy breadsticks, or any other crackers you prefer or have on hand!
Cookies – We didn’t add any, but you totally could if you want to!
Cheeses – I didn’t use everyday cheeses, such as sharp cheddar or pepper jack, for my New Year’s Eve board, because I wanted to use more sophisticated cheeses on this one. Feel free to swap out any that you want for your favorite cheeses.
Meats – We kept it simple by using easy-to-grab meats. Choose your best-loved cured meats for your board.
Fruits and Veggies – I love the bright color that fresh fruits and veggies add. We used berries, grapes, tomatoes, olives, and broccoli. Dates or apple slices would also be amazing! Feel free to use your favorite type of olives (such as Castelvetrano olives)
Nuts – I went with pecans and toasted almonds. Add your favorite nuts!
Make It Gluten-Free – To make your New Year’s Eve charcuterie board gluten-free, simply replace all the crackers and cookies with your favorite gluten-free versions!
