Most commercially-made frozen treats are chock-full of unneeded added sugar and chemicals.

This blueberry popsicle recipe, on the other hand, only has 3 natural ingredients, is naturally sweetened, and bonus…is easy to make! With just a few tools, you can make these popsicles and enjoy popsicles all week long.

Since they are so easy to make, you can get the kids to help you! They will love learning how to make popsicles themselves!

Instructions
  1. Begin by pouring the blueberries, coconut milk, and maple syrup into a blender. (It’s fun to show your kids how the maple syrup sinks straight to the bottom, because it is more dense than the coconut milk)
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Pour into your popsicle molds, and place in the freezer for 5 hours, or overnight.
  4. Once the Popsicles are fully frozen, they are ready to enjoy!
Recipe Notes

Tools Needed:

Blender (bite the bullet and go for this one - it's a blender and food processor combo and it'll last for years)

Popsicle molds (these are my favorite)
