My kiddos are all excited for the holidays.  Are yours? Truth be told, they were probably ready for Christmas (or at least Christmas break from school) a good month or 6 weeks ago!

However, now that we are past Thanksgiving, our family is fully diving into all of our holiday traditions.

The house is decorated.

We made ADORABLE Rudolph wood slice ornaments!

We’re making some great DIY gift ideas.

And we’re enjoying yummy foods and drinks that we typically only eat in the winter, like my (semi)famous homemade eggnog, decadent double chocolate hot chocolate, and fruitcake cookies.

Did you notice that one of the blueberries rolled off after I plated everything? Gah! Oh well! It still tasted good, even if it does look a little “off center”, LOL. 😂😂

Cinnamon Roll Snowman Ingredients Needed

  • Pillsbury Grands Cinnabon Roll & Cinnamon Rolls (1 package each) – Get a roll of each so it’s easier to make the different sizes.
  • Pretzel sticks– If the brand you use has large sticks, you might need to break them in half.

  • Candy corn – what a great nose!
  • Chocolate chips– These are for the mouth.

How to Make Snowman Cinnamon Rolls

Follow these instructions to whip up this delicious breakfast treat!

Step 1 – Make the Cinnamon Roll

Open the can of Pillsbury Grands Cinnamon Rolls, and remove one roll. Begin unrolling the roll until it is slightly smaller than the other rolls in the can.

Using a knife, cut the extra portion off, and roll it up and place it in the pan beside the newly sized roll.

There are 5 rolls in the can, so you could repeat this process with another roll, so that you have 3 large rolls, 2 medium-sized rolls, and 2 tiny rolls formed from the portion you removed.

Or you can cut and resize all 5 rolls, reserving the small portion that was removed to be used as the “head” of the snowman.

Open the can of Pillsbury Cinnamon Rolls, and place in a separate pan. Bake both pans of cinnamon rolls per package instructions.

Step 2 – Assemble Your Snowman

Once the cinnamon rolls are cooked, remove one large roll, and place at the bottom center of a plate.

Place one of the slightly smaller rolls you resized right about the large roll.

Place one of the rolls from the other pan (the 12.4 oz can) above the middle roll. Ice each roll with the icing provided.
