The Fourth of July is my very favorite holiday—America, BBQs, fireworks, what’s not to love?
It was always my goal to spend a large part of the summer near water. And we are finally doing it! Now, when it comes to the most special summer holiday — Fourth of July – you often find us around at our favorite lake (or JUST coming home from it).
But we can’t spend the entire holiday at the lake – there’s good eating to be done too! I firmly believe that no holiday is complete without a festive dessert!
If you’re searching for an easy red, white and blue dessert to make, these Red, White, and Blue Mini Cheesecakes are perfect!
