You only need 3 ingredients to make these fun, spooky eyeballs!

  • Fully cooked meatballs
  • Mozzarella pearls
  • Sliced olives
  • Toothpicks

How To Make Eyeball Meatballs

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees and prepare the baking sheet.
  2. Slice the olives if they aren’t already sliced.
  3. Bake meatballs for 15-18 minutes, and remove from the oven.
  4. Add a mozzarella pearl on top of each meatball.
  5. Put the meatballs back in the oven, and bake for another 2 minutes.
  6. Place an olive slice on top of each meatball.
  7. Serve warm with barbecue sauce, marinara sauce, pasta sauce, or your favorite dipping sauce.

  • You can make these eerie meatballs in less time in the Air fryer! Cook them at 350 degrees for 8-10 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 32 oz bag of fully cooked meatballs
  • 8 oz mozzarella pearls
  • 6 oz can of olives
  • Toothpicks (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees, or the temperature it calls for on the back of your meatballs, if not using the same brand.
  2. If your olives are not slides already, slice them.
  3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, and place the meatballs on the baking sheet, in a single layer.
  4. Bake for 15-18 minutes, and remove from the oven.
  5. Set a mozzarella pearl on top of each meatball. *Optional: hold mozzarella pearl in place with a toothpick to ensure it doesn’t slip off.
  6. Return to the oven, and bake for an additional 2 minutes.
  7. Remove the toothpicks from the mozzarella pearls, and place a sliced olive on top, pushing the mozzarella pearl down slightly.
  8. Serve warm with barbecue sauce, or your favorite dipping sauce.
